What are your delivery options and timeframes?
We offer standard UK delivery within 3-5 working days. For larger items like garden furniture or stoneware, we use a specialized two-man delivery service which may take up to 7-10 working days.
Can I order plants online for home delivery?
Yes, we ship a wide selection of indoor and outdoor plants. All plants are carefully packaged in eco-friendly, protective containers to ensure they arrive at your door in peak condition.
What is your return policy for garden furniture?
You can return unused garden furniture in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a collection fee may apply for bulky items unless the product is faulty.
Do you offer a guarantee on your plants?
We offer a 2-year hardy plant guarantee. If a hardy plant fails to thrive despite proper care, simply provide your proof of purchase and we will offer a replacement or credit note.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link and a unique reference number to monitor your delivery's progress.
